ICTUS is an acronym for  ‘Integrated Care is Teamwork in a Unifying System’.

Delivering care is based on cooperation (‘Integrated Care’) between client and care-givers. This cooperation is based on agreement on choice of care, protocols, and relations between the parties involved.  (‘Teamwork’). This is supported by integrated communication and information systems (‘Unifying System’).
